I used Curtis for the inspection of the home I was looking into buying. He was very thorough and made sure he could find all there was to find in the home, no matter how little they might be. Though I cannot use all of his findings to go back and ask the seller to shoulder them, I found all of his advice and recommendations so helpful in ensuring that I properly maintain the home in the years to come. The softcopy of the report is also made available, which is a plus for me. Such a nice guy and very personable, too. Definitely recommended!

After finding multiple electrical, plumbing and cosmetic issues, I thought that this was a fault of my own purchasing the home. Unfortunately after talking to numerous tradesman and even one home inspector, their was no reason why these issues should of been missed/disclosed in the inspection report. Find out years later that the previous seller and Curtis were friends/acquaintances. Im not one to rip on someones work and Id like to give him the benefit of the doubt solely on his professional demeanour, but the mutual relationship wouldve been worth knowing prior to the job.

This company came highly recommended by my buyer. They couldn't be more right. I was able to secure an inspection on short notice. The report was extremely detailed down to the most minor things. Curtis then spent the extra time to go over everything with me. I would highly recommend this company.

Curtis did a very thorough inspection of the previously-owned home we were purchasing to ensure it was safe and a worthwhile investment for our family. He cared as though he were purchasing the home for his own family, and explained everything in great detail so that we felt comfortable with the all of the systems and equipment. His advice and the report he provided us both in hard copy and digital will come in handy as we get used to running our new home. I wouldnt buy another home without Curtis inspecting it first!
