B & B Rooms
Our seven B & B rooms offer comfortable accommodations with en suite bathrooms and modern amenities. Rooms feature king, queen, or twin beds with options for different group sizes. Each room includes breakfast, smart TV, and air conditioning. The Anchor and Helm rooms offer ground-level accessibility with private entrances.
Cottages
Four self-contained cottages provide kitchen facilities, full bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements for 2-6 guests. Units include Schooner, Cutter, Ketch, and Sloop models with pricing based on duration. Each cottage features outdoor fire pits, picnic tables, and river views.
Barn Houses
Two renovated barn houses in a 140-year-old cedar structure offer unique accommodations with modern comforts. Beacon and Bearing units feature 2-3 bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. Rates include weekly/monthly options with seasonal pricing adjustments.
Kayak Rentals
Guests receive access to two sea-kayaks and two sit-on kayaks for exploring the Kouchibouguacis River. Rentals include safety equipment and launch access from our private wharf. This service connects directly to National Park waterways and wildlife observation areas.
Mountain Bike Rentals
Five available mountain bikes support exploration of local trails and the Acadian Coastal Route. Rentals include helmets and basic safety gear. Bikes enable access to nearby parks, beaches, and cultural destinations within cycling distance.

OMG!! STAY HERE! This was an amazing place to stay. Kores and Liane are such friendly hosts. The food was PERFECT, just like the view! We came in the fall and it was the best choice. The leaves were so vibrant and the sunrise only enhanced their beauty. The bikes were a HUGE bonus, only a short 15 minute bike ride from Kouchibouguac national park, where we rode through such amazing trails. I recommend this place 10/10. If I could give 10 stars I would:) I highly recommend!!!

10/10. We will definitely have to come again. This was the nicest BnB we have ever stayed at. Beautiful view, perfect location about 15 min bike ride from Kouchibouguac national park, and absolutely fantastic hosts. The service was incomparable, and the breakfast was fantastic. Literally everything about this place is 5/5 stars, I have no complaints. If youre thinking about staying here... do it! We won't ever forget our time spent here. Absolutely stunning in every way.

Kores is not a Coors lite but an amazing B & B host with his equally amazing wife Liane. I have never felt more comfortable at such a well-appointed B & B as LAncrage with its fabulous breakfast and perfect hosts. And dont miss the Phoca tour down the river to the dunes. From the moment we arrived albeit it later then planned Liane & Kors were so humble and made us feel right at home. Their home is nothing short of beautiful and their hospitality even warmer. It’s a great… location and the breakfasts are to die for. I’m still not convinced they weren’t both famous chefs in their former lives. Whether walking the docks watching the day come to life as the bird life wakes for the day or sitting by the fire watching the stars under that big beautiful sky it truly is a magical little corner of the world to relax 🍷
