Ballet
Our ballet program develops technical precision and artistic expression through structured RAD syllabus training. Students learn proper body alignment, musicality, and performance skills while building foundational dance technique. Classes emphasize grace, discipline, and creative interpretation for dancers aged 3-15.
Tap
Tap classes focus on developing rhythm, coordination, and musicality through percussive footwork. Students learn various tap styles while improving spatial awareness and performance confidence. Classes accommodate all skill levels from beginner to advanced dancers aged 5-15.
Jazz
Our jazz program combines technical training with contemporary performance styles. Students develop strength, flexibility, and improvisation skills while learning choreography from current musical theater and pop culture. Classes emphasize individual expression within a group setting for ages 5-15.
Hip Hop
Hip hop classes teach urban dance styles with emphasis on rhythm, isolation movements, and freestyle expression. Students learn current trends while developing body control and performance energy. Classes cater to all experience levels from beginners to advanced dancers aged 5-15.
Preschool Classes
Designed for ages 3-4, our preschool program introduces basic dance concepts through playful movement activities. Classes develop motor skills, musicality, and social interaction in a nurturing environment. Students explore ballet and creative movement fundamentals through age-appropriate exercises and games.

Katie Thiessen
Ballet Instructor
Katie Thiessen began dancing at age three and completed RAD ballet training. She teaches ballet at the studio while attending UBCO, sharing her passion for dance with students since 2015.
Taylor Macdonald
Hip Hop Instructor
Taylor Macdonald has danced since age six and teaches hip hop at Robb Card since 2019. She combines competitive dance experience with elementary education expertise to engage young students.
Anna Bernath
Preschool Ballet Instructor
Anna Bernath started dancing at three and teaches preschool ballet since 2018. Currently studying science at UBCO, she creates positive first dance experiences for young students.
Jaclyn Stuart
Jazz Instructor
Jaclyn Stuart has studied jazz, tap, and hip hop at Robb Card since age ten. She assists in classes and now teaches, sharing her passion for dance with emerging students.
Hayley Lutz
Musical Theatre Instructor
Hayley Lutz began dancing at eight and specializes in musical theatre. She combines ballet, jazz, and hip hop training to develop well-rounded performers while fostering creative expression.

Classes run Monday-Thursday 4:00-9:30 PM. Preschool classes available for 3-4 year olds.

Robb Card dance studio is bar none the best dance studio in Kelowna. The wide range of classes in all dance genres, they have a class for everyone! 5 Stars!
