Transparent Solutions was founded in 1999 by Andrew Lawrence, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). After nearly two decades of working in the IT field, Andrew recognized a pattern among companies without a dedicated support service. When a system crashed or something broke, a high-priced technician would come in to fix it, leaving the company with a sky-high bill and no idea how to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
