The service was quick and straight forward. Took less than 5 minutes to check in and not crowded at all. Chalets were a bit creaky and old but the springs are great nonetheless.

I'm blown away, an absolute must-see! These hot springs manage to balance a beautiful, picturesque and serene setting with the comfort and amenities of more commercialized setups. The facility is a simple, well-designed building with nice changerooms, snacks, towel and lock rental with tons of natural light. The pools themselves consist of one hot and one warm pool. Both offer in-pool bench seating and amazing views. The vibe while visiting is very relaxing compared busier sites like Radium or Fairmont. A couple of hours will go by very quickly before you know it. Although we went during covid

Great location and facility. Clean changerooms and nice pools. Chalets are fine but note that the back chalet rooms are quite small. Some staff very nice - others not so much.
