Services
Physiotherapy
Our comprehensive physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Using evidence-based techniques like manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, our registered physiotherapists develop personalized treatment plans to restore mobility, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries while collaborating with your medical team for optimal outcomes.
Shockwave Therapy
This non-invasive treatment uses acoustic waves to stimulate healing in chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Effective for plantar fasciitis, tendinopathies, and myofascial trigger points, shockwave therapy improves blood flow, reduces pain, and accelerates tissue repair through cellular-level effects while offering cumulative benefits with each treatment session.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Specialized care for pelvic floor dysfunction includes internal/external assessments and treatments for incontinence, pelvic pain, and pregnancy-related conditions. Using biofeedback technology and manual therapy techniques, our therapists address both hypertonic and hypotonic pelvic floor muscles to improve organ support, reduce pain, and restore normal function in a private, comfortable setting.
Massage Therapy
Registered massage therapists provide assessment and treatment of soft tissue and joint conditions through manual manipulation techniques. Sessions may include orthopedic assessments, therapeutic massage, and home exercise recommendations to address specific musculoskeletal complaints, improve circulation, and promote overall wellness while complementing other rehabilitation programs.
Acupuncture/IMS
Certified practitioners use fine needles to stimulate natural healing processes and pain relief. Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) targets neuropathic pain by releasing muscle tension through needle insertion, while traditional acupuncture promotes endorphin release and improved circulation to treat chronic pain conditions and accelerate recovery from musculoskeletal injuries.

So I was a bit shocked at how far u have to walk to get to their office lol considering I was there for ankle problem too but aside from that these ppl are just awesome. I started contacting them about a month ago to set up physio for aftr shoulder surgery and I have no benefits and there are few ohip funded clinics except in hospitals which I can't use because of the distance from/to the parking and God knos how far inside I'd have to walk too.
while they have no deals or help for us working poor who don't qualify for ohip funded therapy they actually went out of their way to give me names of
