What insurance providers do you work with?

We direct bill Alberta Blue Cross, Sunlife, Manulife, Desjardins, and 25+ other providers. Clients should verify coverage details with their specific insurer before treatment.

Do you require advance payments for services?

A credit card is required to book Ayurvedic services, and 50% deposits apply for packages over $200. These amounts apply toward your final service payment.

What cancellation policies apply?

48-hour notice is required for Ayurvedic services. Last-minute cancellations forfeit deposits for package bookings, while no-shows incur full charges.

Can I request specific therapists?

Yes, online booking allows specifying preferred therapists or gender preferences. Requests cannot be guaranteed without prior confirmation through our scheduling system.

Are gift certificates available?

Digital gift certificates can be purchased for any amount. They remain valid for 12 months, with expired certificates honored for original package values.

Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for real help the atmosphere is perfect calming and relaxing every therapist I've worked with is very kind professional and easy to interact with. I've had issues with back pain for years and everytime I go in they straighten me out and help relieve my pain/discomfort and push me in the right direction. The staff truly loves what they do

I have gotten a number of massages at Namaste, everytime I literally felt the stress and tension melt awat. Each time, I leave feeling better than the last. My masseuse Seeba, I highly recommend. She has magic fingers, is very accomadating, stong and attentive. I will see no one else but her going forward.
Namaste is clean, well equiped, quite and relaxing. 10/10 will go again!

Not really happy with the booking procedure here. Booked an appointment online and received a confirmation email that the appointment was confirmed but that they will need more info before showing up to the appointment. Called the next day to provide the information but they cancelled our booking and had already filled our spots. It would have been great if you could have called or even emailed that you were going to give up our spots before cancelling us as there was no indication on the confirmation email that it was time sensitive. Just want to warn everyone to call in and triple verify your

I visit the Sherwood Park area once a month and this is definitely a stop I make every time. They have all your needs from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Exotic holistic oils that make you feel as if you are floating. They really have something for everyone.
Massage therapists that range from a relaxing massge to very specific work on various muscle groups. A very inviting atmosphere.
Unique, beautiful gift items that you want to take your time looking through. It is a break from the bright light, busy life to a quiet rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend them.
