The Base Coat Nails Boutique is located at 15214 Pacific Ave at Five Corners in White Rock, BC. The reason I chose White Rock to locate my very first nail salon is that I love this city. The people here are always friendly and welcoming. I love the sunshine at the pier, the beautiful beach and lots of hidden spots where I can sit back, relax, enjoy the fresh air, and listen to the waves.
