The associate who cut keys for me was friendly and efficient. Convenient parking is available behind the building. I will not hesitate to use their services again.

On the 21 April 21. I went into the shop to have a couple of questions answered about padlocks. I was approached by one of the staff members. She answered all the questions I had in a professional manner. I had two padlocks keyed for the same key. Was out the door in about 20 minuets. The cost for the locks, was slightly more than expected. Will still go back, when the need arises. Was nice to support a local business.

They saved me $450, which I appreciate more than words can say. The car dealership wanted to charge me $500 for the key I had issues with the ignition in my car, so I brought in the key to Dakota, they shaved it down slightly and the key worked no problem after. The staff was super accommodating and kind. Ill definitely be going to them for all of my lock, key, and safe needs! I trust them fully to be honest and get the job done well.
