Me and my organization not used to importing items from Canada and lack of knowledge on the whole process could cause delays etc. After conducting a search online I contacted DTI Logistics Canada. All through out the process Ross been very responsive and informative. He is always been proactive and instructed me to be sure how things are handled in U.S. Customs. And exactly what to expect. We didn't have a brokerage firm and he also assisted with this. It is very important to communicate with single source which creates less confusion and keep things organized. Had an Awesome experience with DTI Logistics. The quote came in a timely manner. I was updated on my shipment multiple times, and received a phone call after delivery to make sure I was happy with everything. I couldn't ask for better communication and service. Couldn't ask for a better customer service experience! Ross, Pete and the team are amazing. Even though delivery with carrier did not go as planned, DTI helped walked me through possible solutions and made it happen so our trade show booth arrived before the show. 100% would use DTI again

Dti Logistics has been great for shipments across Canada and the United States. They try and accommodate all parties needs and give updates on where the shipments are and when they will be arriving, if there is any issues they are on top of it and get things sorted as much as possible. I would 100% put my freight into their caring hands! There great people to work with!
