The Fuda Family, Vincenzo and Maria Fuda emigrated from Calabria southern Italy in 1953 then moved to Toronto, Canada in 1957 entering into the retail business. With each success they opened several retail outlets in the Toronto region. In 1967 they continued to prosper, Vincenzo and Maria along with their children decide to move and open an outlet "Fuda Foods" in Oro Medonte.
