Casey has 15 years of experience in the industry and been on the Changes team for 12 of those years! In 2016, Casey became a Redken Certified Colourist. She is very educated, attending classes to keep up on current trends. She loves to work backstage at Toronto Fashion Week. Casey's goal always, is her guest's experience from beginning to end and that they love their hair!

Krystal is small town country girl who enjoys classic cars, fishing and Nascar, however her true passion is being a hairstylist. She has been licensed for 8 years and enjoys every aspect of the profession, simply because each client makes for a new experience. Krystal's favourite part of hairstyling is up styles and men's haircuts.

Sue has been in the industry for 35 years. She's developed her skill set with the constant changes with continued education. A few years ago, Sue relocated from Keswick to the Shelburne area and joined the Changes team. The relationships she builds with her guests is what drives her to make people happy everyday.
