I experienced a bit of a mix up with Shadow Lawn Id called to arrange a credit card dinner gift to apply to my sisters birthday dinner. The arrangements were efficiently handled at the onset but not done when their bill was presented, so she didnt receive her birthday present. My concerns were handled to my satisfaction, thank you Martin! You cant learn if you dont make mistakes, right??

Unbelievable that a "professional" organization would cancel a couple's honeymoon suite that was booked a year and a 1/2 in advance just because another couple wanted it for the wedding they were having at the hotel. No compensation was offered and now this couple has nowhere to stay the night of their wedding.

My fiance booked this location over a year ago for our honeymoon. Only recently were we called to be told that another couple booked out the entire Hotel for their wedding on that date. Not only was there no alternatives given for the situation the venue now placed is in but staff also had the audacity to belittle my fiance about it by saying "it happens" and "go ahead and write a review about it". I could never suggest this venue for anyone after our experience with the staff's inability to plan and poor customer service.
