They did a fine job constructing the new condo where I purchased a unit. The drywalling / painting wasn't the best I've ever seen but at the same time it wasn't the worst either. What I have an issue with was when I purchased a second parking stall a year or two after owning the unit, they failed to pay any of the property tax and then transferred the title to me 8 months after I had paid for the parking stall, and now I have the city demanding money on top of penalties from me... This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. And the only reason I found out the Stall had been transferred

Time to restructure and start hiring professional people in your sales and management team. Absolute nightmare working with this builder. I do not suggest anyone buys from them. I plan on taking every avenue I can in regards to the unprofessionalism, intimidation and behaviour we have received.

As a first time home buyer, Jamie the sales rep was absolutely amazing making the process easy to understand and helping with any questions or concerns I had. I have been in my condo for one year now and have had very little issues and any issue I had within the first year was dealt with in an efficient manner. Radford was also amazing and super helpful if I had any issues. I loved the workmen and attention to detail in my suite and have had amazing feedback from family and friends. I can occasionally hear my neighbors or people in the hallway however that is expected in an apartment style condo

As a young sales professional, I was very cautious when purchasing my own home. The quantity on the market was over whelming and I almost felt bombarded with making a decision. Through Carrington, I felt like I was lead through the new home buying process at my own pace. Jamie took me step by step from viewing to navigating finances to arranging a lawyer. She was personable, extremely knowledgeable and I am LOVING my new place. I would recommend Jamie to anyone who is looking for a new home and doesn't want to face this daunting commitment alone
