Our 30 oceanfront rooms offer unobstructed views of Discovery Passage with private balconies or patios. Guests enjoy watching marine wildlife, passing ships, and coastal landscapes. All rooms feature modern amenities and comfortable bedding arrangements.
Pet-Friendly Accommodations
Seven designated pet-friendly rooms available with ground-level access to our back lawn. Accepting pets in select room types including queen beds and kitchenettes. Pet owners receive special amenities and beach access guidelines.
Private Beach Access
Direct access to Discovery Passage's rocky shores for wildlife observation and photography. Guests explore marine ecosystems with opportunities to spot orcas, dolphins, and seabirds. Complimentary binoculars available for guest use.
Storm-Watching Packages
Special seasonal packages available October 15th through May 14th for storm enthusiasts. Rooms feature front-row views of crashing waves and coastal storms with enhanced safety measures and extended breakfast availability.
Housekeeping Services
Scheduled cleaning every three days for stays exceeding three nights. Services include linen changes, vacuuming, bathroom sanitization, and amenity replenishment. Emergency supply requests handled during office hours.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to notify results in one night's room fee charge.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we have seven designated pet-friendly rooms with outdoor access. Pet fees apply.

Are housekeeping services available daily?

I found this hotel to be very nice and cozy. It is kept very clean and managed very professionally. The view is outstanding and I would highly recommend anybody traveling through Campbell River to stay here.

It is an older model but it's very clean, has balconies with fantastic view of the ocean. Found the bed comfortable. Great value for the price. Would stay here again

Stayed here a couple of times while scoping the area for properties; our booking was always last-minute and the manager managed to have a room every time. Location is fabulous, right on the water with no roads to cross. Rooms were super clean and beds comfortable. Management is very friendly and runs a tight ship - price was good too. Fully recommend this place.

The view cannot be beat for the price. Rooms are clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would 100 % stay here again when in the area.

These people are amazing and so friendly! The rooms were great for the value! The views are nothing short of amazing. We have stayed several times and they always remember us right away. Missed so much staying last summer due to covid hoping we can make our way to this lovely place this soon!

Very clean room with spectacular view. Enjoyed watching the sunrise on the deck with our coffee. Watching the boat traffic go by and all the sea life was fun. Walking distance to downtown.
