Positive:Professionalism
Came promptly even though it was the evening, fixed the problem professionally, gave us the choice of using a second-hand part for free vs. paying for a new one, and the cost was quite a bit less than I expected.

Very happy with the service provided by Aegis. Had a next day early morning appointment, gentlemen called 15 mins prior to arriving was professional and got right to work. Cleaned up afterwards. Did not find the cost to be overly extravagant. Locks have never been smoother - satisfied with this company. Aegis will be my first call for anything lock related.

Highly recommend this company for lock problems, I had the pleasure with dealing with Doc, he was super friendly and kind, and resolved my problem in a matter of minutes that could've potentially costed me hundreds of dollars. Their prices were very reasonable and I will be going back to them with any future lock problems. Highly recommend it. Thank you Aegis Locksmiths!

Did the job right and quick. Richard is a 22 year veteran of locks. He had great advice about buying new locks, which were better and why?

Service was good and was able to get the keys out of my vehicle. BUT! They did not tell me they only take Visa, MasterCard or cash. So charged me extra because I had to go get cash for them!!
