There are good inspectors, but just as any industry, there is the good, the bad and the ugly. In my experience, just as previous posts, Robert Iseppi of AmeriSpec Windsor was rude and unprofessional by any standard. Horrible work ethic and you can tell he's used to people putting up with this. Did a BS inspection. I would have left a zero rating if that was possible. If Robert Iseppi is ever suggested to you - think twice. Under normal circumstances would not let such person anywhere close to my door step not to mention let him into my home. Horrible experience to have to put up with Robert

Learn actual law, dont demand that house residents wear masks in their own home when even Bonnie Henrys unlawful health orders don’t even require it
I refuse their service. There are other companies that respect Canadian Law and they will be the ones with my business from now on

The Guy who will rename nameless was great as far as seeming to know how. Unfortunately, friendly service was not what we were paying for.
3 Days after moving in, we had to replace all of our main plumbing and pressure tank due to a flood that surrounded our basement. According to the plumbers a lot of things were overlooked and missed. Simple things such as plumbing caps, to ensure water doesn't drain or flow into the room, piping was below scale, not large enough for the pressure of the tank, the list goes on. In the long run paid over $750 for the inspection and an additional $3000 to have

AVOID!... Two years ago, AmeriSpec, out of Windsor, inspected a home in Leamington that I subsequently bought. A colleague of Robert Iseppi - the manager - performed the inspection. His name was Donald Campbell. He was very pleasant and personable. Too bad he wasn't more competent. What did he miss?
Windows: The seal were gone on four windows. Cost to replace? Don told me $400, in total. The actual cost? $1,200, in total. And there's more. The casements on three of the four windows were broken. Too bad Don never bothered to open the windows and discover the problem. When I
