When we opened our doors in 1990 with just one property, our goal was to provide a 'sleep well' service for Waterloo Region and beyond. Our property owners sleep well knowing that we care for their rental properties as if they were our own. Our tenants sleep well, knowing that we are always there to take the call if they need us.
