The Bakery has been serving up delicious baked goods and breads in Gravenhurst, Ontario since 1959. Owned and operated by the Reblein family, Jay & Robyn (3rd generation) help run the Bakery with their parents Peter & Judy. The 4th generation has arrived, but is still too young to participate - although he loves to play in the back and push the mixer button!
Our bakers are committed to quality and consistency. Each morning starts with fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and dedication (plus a little coffee!). We are proud to operate a scratch bakery where even our donuts are made daily and everyone knows to come early because once they're gone, they're gone (until tomorrow of course.)

In 1959, Fritz and Ursula Rebelein and their family moved to Gravenhurst and purchased a small bakery business at 141 Brock Street. The original business came equipped with a small pizza oven for baking and an old bathtub for washing dishes. On their first day open Ursula was suing a cake box as her cash register.

We will try our best to accommodate same day orders, but recommend placing your order the day before to avoid disappoinment! Baked fresh every morning, our variety of breads, buns and baguettes are a great addition to your morning coffee, lunch sandwiches and dinner parties. Our bakers are committed to quality and consistency.
