Qualex is a great team of individuals who made the transition into our new home very comfortable. Their staff was very professional and communicative during the whole build up, they made sure we were happy and the final product of our unit was very well done. I would definitely recommend them and consider buying through them again. It was a pleasure working with them!

By far the worst developer. Been in the building in Calgary since June and there's already been 2 major water problems and the elevators never work. The building is 34 floors and only have 3 elevators and if one is broken it's slows everything to a crawl. Awful awful developer
