Our History

The idea of Salisbury Greenhouse was born in a small garage-side greenhouse on Helen and Fred Sproule's property here in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Helen noticed a demand for bedding plants and started growing and selling them locally to her neighbours. The seeds had, quite literally, been sown and in three short years Fred quit his full-time job to help Helen grow their new business.
