Report
Scott has performed multiple inspections for us, both commercial and residential. He is very thorough and professional and his inspections are invaluable in identifying potential issues with properties. Reporting is excellent, lots of photos and description of the property condition. We highly recommend Square Box and will return for our next property purchase.

Report
Scott saved me from buying a money pit. He was kind, punctual, professional and explained everything in a down to earth manner. His inspection report was very thorough. I have a friend who is an expert contractor look over the report and advised me NOT to buy the house because it needed SO much work. Best $400 I ever spent, Id be happy to use him again for my next inspection.
