Generally speaking, Alberta Health does not cover chiropractic services. In some circumstances, like after a car accident or for seniors over 65, you may be able to get some coverage. Otherwise, your employee health benefits or private insurance may cover some chiropractic care. We encourage you to speak with your benefits coordinator about what's available to you.
