Adrienne is the best laser technician EVER! She is super friendly, easy to talk to and Ive had phenomenal results! I wont go to anyone else! Shes the absolute best. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Adrienne for laser hair removal for a couple years. She is professional and personable and makes me feel comfortable while she is working. The spa is clean and well maintained. Their receptionist is always courteous and helpful . I've also had one massage and had my nails done once here - both services were great. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff at off the Hook Laser and Spa are extremely unprofessional the staff was asked for a simple quote / estimate for electrolysis and the staff couldn't even do that right the owner Leanna is rude and… offensive and outright lies then about what happened. The staff is extremely unprofessional and can't even follow the most basic instructions. Avoid this place they are just horrible! The owner is horrible and refuses to take any responsibility for what she has done and how she has messed things up in this situation. The owner is childish and irresponsible.
