Skip,Ken,and Jimmy and the rest of the boys are a great bunch. My opinion, they are the best bang for your buck on mufflers and brakes. I knew them for many years, a few different name changes, but the same great bunch. Keep it up boys!

Masters at Finding a needle in a haystack! I brought my bmw to Merit with multiple issues, many that had been worked on previously by another shop in another province. Merit was able to quickly and reasonably repair everything on the car, but there was one nagging issue that would not go away easily. Instead of giving up they spent extra time, effort, and expense to find the issue and solve it. I did my part as a patient customer while Merit put in the extra time and effort but did not charge me extra. True professionals! I highly recommend Merit. I see by other reviews that they have had some

Positive:Professionalism
They took me in last minute because my boyfriend works and he had no time so they squeezed me in and also they changed my highbeam when I asked them to look at it. They were very friendly and professional and I will be going back!

I have been taking my cars to Merit Muffler for over 20 years and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the work is always done promptly and well, and they stand behind their work. One of my vehicles was a 1990 Volvo wagon and they kept her going strong for years. The charges are always fair and well documented. I would recommend them without reservation.

Out of province and problems with our brakes just as we are entering Cape Breton park. We had already left Sydney but checking reviews we came upon Merit Muffler Brake and Wheel in Sydney who had stellar reviews. We concur. We drove back and the service we received was exceptional and our thanks to Skip and the mechanic who got our brakes fixed, even located another problem which was dealt with and we were on our way that very same day for a very reasonable price I might add. Thanks also for the loan of your vehicle to tour your beautiful Sydney Harbour area. We enjoyed your beautiful
