The Hot Lunch Table is available 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Hot lunch options differ day to day and week to week. We use fresh ingredients, sea salt or kosher salt and no preservatives. Carmen's Catering proudly presents delicious cuisine at competitive prices. A hearty mix of platters, including assorted cheeses and cold cuts, olives, pickles, deviled eggs, vegetables and dip. Lasagna made with homemade noodles, perfect meat sauce & three kinds of cheeses. Served with homemade Italian sausage & your choice of roast beef OR roasted chicken, vegetables & salad.
