Very positive experience so far. Both Tom and Shawn have been very helpful and professional. Dealing with critters can be distressing, but The Bug Guys' understanding and reassuring attitude creates a sense of trust in a customer. They are quick to respond, accommodating, and very punctual. During the initial visit, Tom took time to inspect my place, listened to my concerns, shared his expertise with me and made recommendations. That's why I hired them instead of someone else. The treatment itself went smoothly, and I even received a small bonus. Keep up the good work The Bug Guys, I will definitely

professional, reliable and very knowledgeable
polite, friendly, understanding, easy to work with
eco-friendly (both ecological and economical!)
These are genuinely nice people who really know their business, and have the expertise to control Nature without destroying it. In our case, they used a spray made from chrysanthemums that was not only odourless and invisible, the problem was solved in a day and never came back.

Absolutely very professional and did the job and also went above and beyond as I was really upset over my landlords lack of care and leaving it to this point. So Tom made me feel much better and I'm still rodnet free thank goodness but I knew I needed to let others know that they are the people to go to if you have any issues .. great professional and jobs well done

Shawn was excellent to work with. He was on time, accessible, and dependable. I had bed bugs in my rental unit and he was able to identify the source, treat the unit, follow up, and eradicate all bugs. We developed a plan and he executed it perfectly. I would suggest this company to anyone who's in desperate need of pest control, and who wants an effective and timely solution.
