Recreational Gymnastics
Our recreational programs cater to children aged 10 months to teens with structured, age-appropriate instruction. Classes focus on developing fundamental movement skills, body awareness, and coordination through fun, challenging lesson plans. Participants progress at their own pace through our continuous enrollment system with monthly payments and flexible registration.
Competitive Programs
We offer three competitive disciplines: Women's Artistic Gymnastics, Men's Artistic Gymnastics, and Trampoline & Tumbling. Our Olympic-caliber coaching staff, including two-time Olympian Nathan Gafuik, develops athletes through progressive skill development. The program has produced Canada's first Olympic gymnastics gold medalist and continues to maintain national competitive excellence.
Birthday Parties
Our birthday packages include professional coach-led gym activities, foam pit access, and private party room rental. Parties accommodate up to 20 children with customizable durations and themes. The program combines structured gymnastics instruction with recreational play in a supervised, safe environment.
Drop-In Sessions
Family-friendly drop-in sessions allow participants of all ages to explore gymnastics equipment under coach supervision. Sessions promote physical literacy, social interaction, and recreational exercise. Available during designated hours for both children and adults in a structured, safety-focused environment.
Preschool Classes
Parented and non-parented classes for children aged 10 months to 5 years develop foundational motor skills through play-based learning. Programs enhance coordination, balance, and spatial awareness while introducing basic gymnastics concepts. Classes emphasize parent-child interaction and early social development.

My daughter is truly enjoying her first gymnastics experience with your club and I am beyond thrilled with everything so far as well. Great facility, huge and super clean. All the coaches and staff are very nice and talented, they have a great thing going here!

All my kids have taken non-competative classes with Altadore on and off over the last 15 years. They all loved it. The new facility has a comfortable parent viewing area with quite comfortable seating. You can't always see your kids because the facility is huge, but it's probably for the best anyways, parents are distracting. The coaches are great with kids!

Just finished the first session of parent and squirrel. It was awesome, my little girl loved it and I was really impressed with improvements we saw. I was kinda expecting a place where the kids would go and just jump around but the coaches were great and I could really see how much more confident she was using the equipment, doing rolls, and just over all everyday motor skills. I also thought it was extremely affordable, well worth every cent. Can't wait for session 2.

My daughters love their coaches, my 3 year old with spina bifida is always excited to go and practice with help. She has improved her leg movements dramatically since going a year ago. The coaches remember her and make her feel awesome!

Booked a birthday party for our 4 year old and his friends. The party was interactive and the kids were captivated by the instructors. After the class we were given a party room which made for a controlled environment for the kids.
5 stars all around and I would recommend this to any family that was looking for a birthday party.
