Normally I have a great experience here. Luelle has cut my hair before and its been amazing. Unfortunately a recent experience is making me change my opinion. I was booked in with a different hair dresser and it was the worst hair cut Ive ever received. I went home to straighten it and realized it was so uneven and jagged that I had to get it fixed. I tried booking online to see if someone could fix it for me (not the one who cut it in the first place) and never heard back. I just booked an appointment with a different stylist anyway and then they called me and said she was going home and
