Regular eye exams are recommended to diagnose, detect and prevent vision and other ocular health related conditions. We will use various lights to evaluate the front of the eye and inside of each eye, the doctor will check the overall health of your eyes. We specialize in pediatric vision, starting as young as 3 months.

All forms of diabetes can affect your vision, the longer that someone has diabetes the greater the chance that they will develop ocular problems. Dry eye syndrome can be a chronic and progressive condition, it can sometimes have many causes. Depending on these causes, it may not be completely curable, but it can be successfully managed. Symptoms can include: stinging, burning, excess tearing, dryness, discharge, pain, redness and feeling as if something is in your eye.

Here at Oasis Eye Care we specialize in children's vision, and pediatric eye exams. We use a wide array of methods to assess the vision of children ages 0-18. We provide comprehensive vision assessments to all children. Nearly 25% of school-aged children have vision problems. Of children ages 3-5, close to 1 in 20 has a problem that could result in permanent vision loss if left untreated.
