AVOID: This place came recommended by the Range Rover dealership when I scuffed my bumper. They quoted $1200. I agreed. (I know, bad move, but it is a nice car)
They held onto the car for way longer than quoted. Then called me looking for more money. I said no. Then there was no word for a while until I called them. They said it was ready and I paid. Present day, I get in to pick up my car and see the wipers are broken. That's when things start to get aggressive. I explain how unprofessional this is and that I only went there because they came recommended by the Range Rover dealership.

If I could give Burrard Autostrasse 10 stars I would. First off, no one really ever wants to visit an autobody shop. But quite honestly, if I ever have to again, I will only take my car in to see Victor and his team (even though I live in South Surrey! Believe me, it's worth the drive and peace of mind knowing my car will be taken care of). I went in to get my front and rear bumper looked at since I was coming to the end of my car lease. Victor was so great at explaining the process prior to and during my appointment. I felt Victor was honest and didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need

It was a good shop to deal with. I do trust them with my Landrover. I would like to take off half a star as it took about 3 weeks longer to do then originally quoted.

They assign you a service advisor who is always busy and never calls you back even though you leave 3 messages a day with the receptionist. Then when you do get a call back, the service advisor doesnt know the status of your car and cant tell you when you are going to get it back. Its coming up to a month and a routine body repair is long overdue. Dont bring your car here unless you can have the patience to wait and ask for a competent service advisor as I think the one I got is completely useless.
