Bubby Rose's Bakery was born of passion and hope in 2002. You'll find our busy bakery and cafe in Mosaic Village - a unique and quirky corner of downtown Victoria. It was a dream come true for Darioush, Dorothy, and Andrew when they adopted it in 2014, building upon the original owners' love of delectable food and good company.

We make pies daily and available by-the-slice, pies to order, and you can even buy frozen pies to bake at home! Whether you are looking for pies for the holiday season, special celebrations, pie eating contests, or just for the simply love of amazing pies, we have you covered! All in our own all-butter, very flaky pastry.
