Origyns Medical Clinic was founded in 2015 when Drs Amankwah, Rousseau and Shabib decided to unite their strengths to provide all aspects of obstetrical and gynecological care under one roof. Having been part of the same call group delivering OBS/GYNE care at the Ottawa Hospital- General Campus for over 20 years, they were well aware of their common vision for integrated women's health services.
2018 is an exciting year! Origyns Medical Clinic welcomes Dr Alavi and Posner who are also both general obstetrician/gynecologist practicing at the Ottawa Hospital-General Campus. Dr. Yaa Amankwah is an Obstetrician-Gynaecologist in the Division of General Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Ottawa Hospital.
