No knowledge of vehicles operatoring systems. Employees aren't licensed and don't know how to start hybrid vehicles. I don't recommend.

I feel like the guys here give you good service and that they don't try to take advantage of the fact I'm a woman. Quoted a few things out at different places and they are consistently the same or a bit cheaper than the dealer or shops in Walnut Creek where I live.
