I like the nature of the manager as special I left my wallet in my room and went out but during cleaning of room they find that and send it back to me by during canada post so I love that service as it is having my all the card that I need everytime

Very kind manager who updated our two bed room to three beds, gave us an extra kettle for drinking hot water, allowed half hour later to check out when we are in rush.

The person working the front desk was rude, the motel was old and in need of some repairs. I opted out of staying there once I got there and looked around.

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, rooms are nice and clean and the a.c works fantastically. I actually made a point to stop there again on my way back. I highly recommend this place. It's also walking distance to everything.

Cute little motel, reasonable rates, exceptionally clean. The reception was excellent. Great place to stay in parksville.
