Thirty-four extended-season sites offer 8-10 month stays with 50-amp power and full utility connections. Designed for adults aged 50+, these locations provide semi-permanent accommodations in custom-built park models near Wrigley's Conservation Area.
Mobile Home Community
Twenty-five permanent mobile home sites allow year-round residency. These properties represent the only full-time housing option within the park, combining seasonal campground amenities with permanent residential infrastructure and community governance.
