Met up with Werner Lau (President of Kinetic Orthotics) to assess my sore flat feet and to order new orthotics. Mr Lau was exceptional because of his knowledge, expertise, and engagement. I have had 5 foot surgeries and a hip surgery and I trust Mr. Lau with his assessment and advice. My experience with this clinic, from the first phone call to the Office Manager (Lindsay) to attending my appointment, was outstanding!

Decided to go to Kinetic Orthotic based on the sparkling reviews from other users- and I am glad that I did. The whole process was very easy and user friendly. Lyndsay was great- very welcoming and personable- she handled the insurance paperwork, and answered all my questions, Werner was excellent- he took the time to explain everything, was very personable, and very professional. The appointment times were honored , and easily booked. Would give the highest recommendation and would give them my business again in the future.
