Scammed me $500. When confronted with scam they continued to manipulate information. Would tell anyone to never book with these people.

Rude useless reservation people. They just hang up the phone on me. Provide no customer service.
Units managed by these people are dirty , smelly. Over priced garbage.

Chalet was ok. Kitchen appliances were old and the stove wasn't working properly. The patio furniture was dirty and rusted.

My family and I stayed at one of the units(#1802) and we didnt feel like it was accurately represented on the website. We think they definitely need to upload recent pictures of the condo. All the leather on the couches (the sofa bed) were peeling and some of the sheets were half washed. The grills ignition lighting didnt work we had to use a lighter so that we could start it. The patio was small, but nice. The information desk was unresponsive to all of our calls, we had to go in person to reach them. There were many windows, which were nice to let in sunlight. Only real negative was the cleanliness of the accommodation. Obvious it hadn't had a proper deep clean, bits of food under coffe table etc, tub grimey. Otherwise it was great. Description on website is accurate. Short walk to town, 5min for adults 10min with kids. Not worth using the shuttle most of the time as it was so close. A spa is not included and this would be a great feature if added.
Accomodation was perfect for our extended family of 8. Spacious. Good size kitchen. Great having the den downstairs to send the kids down for a movie for some quiet adult time
