During the busier summer months, it is a good idea to book footing, foundation and floor jobs two weeks in advance. There is occasionally a longer waiting period for porches and patios which should be booked three to four weeks in advance in the summer. Before Manotick Concrete can begin work on your foundation, your site must be excavated, surveyed (pinned for footings) and any site inspections required by the city must be complete.
