Our tremendous coaching staff and immaculate facility provide the ultimate playground for our Cloverdale and Abbotsford communities.

At Splitz, instructors give athletes the benefit of their knowledge and enthusiasm in gymnastics. They dedicate their time to helping athletes build confidence, self-esteem, and foster positive body image development through participation in our sport. Our instructors are all certified through the National Coaching Certification Program, have completed their First Aid and Respect in Sport certificates.

Our Tiny Starz program inspires young athletes to move skillfully and provides a base of physical literacy that will support lifelong enjoyment and participation in almost any sport or activity. Focusing on safety, skill development, personal growth, friendships and fun, our Splitz Starz program consists of nine levels which are split into Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum categories.

Participation in gymnastics activities enhances the development of brain function, coordination, social skills, gross motor skills, leadership and creativity and builds confidence, independence and positive self-esteem.
