Our professional guides with 30+ years of Lake of the Woods experience offer full-day fishing adventures. Trips include boat, gear, bait, and shore lunch. Ideal for trophy walleye, muskie, and crappie fishing in Sabaskong Bay.
Cabin Rentals
Seven modern cabins with AC, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV sleep 2-8 guests. Features include full kitchens, private docks, and lakefront views. Handicap-accessible options available.
Boat Rentals
Fleet of Lund and Crestliner boats with 50-250 HP motors available daily. Equipped with fish finders, live wells, and safety gear. Pontoon rentals available for self-guided tours.
Live Bait Sales
Premium minnows and leeches harvested from 400+ sq mi of bait grounds. Over 50 gallons of minnows and 1200 lbs of leeches available daily during fishing season.
Ice Fishing Excursions
Six heated fish houses on Lake of the Woods with daily rentals. Guided snowmobile tours to prime trout lakes. Winterized cabins sleep up to 14 guests.

What amenities are included in cabin rentals?
All cabins include AC, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, full kitchen, bedding, towels, and private dock access. BBQs and fish fryers available.
Do you provide fishing equipment?
Boat rentals include rods, tackle, and life jackets. Bait available for purchase. Guided trips provide all necessary gear.
Can I bring my own boat?
Yes, we have a full-service boat launch with 250 feet of dock space and electrical hookups available.
Are winter rentals available?
Yes, we offer winterized cabin rentals and ice fishing packages with fish house rentals and snowmobile access.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and Interac transfers. Payment details confirmed during booking.
Is there a minimum age for fishing guides?
Children welcome! Guides adapt trips for all ages. Many first-time anglers catch trophy fish with our instruction.

Lake of the Woods near Nestor Falls is a beautiful area. Mike and Erin are great hosts. I suggest having Mike take you out for a guided fishing trip.

If you don't mind rustic accommodations, questionable odors, and duct tape this may be the place for you. While the docks are really nice, and the location is wonderful, the lack of attention to cabin upkeep was disappointing. The owners do have a snazzy new top of the line truck and a tricked out guide boat though, so I guess that's something.

The website is VERY misleading. Cabins are advertised as water front but only 3 of them actually are, the rest are tucked in behind the main building. We could hardly even see the lake from our cabin (cabin 6). The website says they have chairs and benches outside the cabin for seating....they do not (they're actually located down at the beach). The website advertised a "water trampoline", it was broken when we got there. As you can see by the pictures, our cabin doors were held together by duct tape. The A/C only cooled off the kitchen, every single chair in the kitchen was falling apart (we brought

We had a great time at sunset cove. An adventure my kids and I will never forget. Ice fishing and enjoying the beauty that surrounded us was more than I could of asked for. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I hope to one day return to such a magical place. Thank you!!!
