Hands down our favourite dental office in Belleville (Ive tried 3 different dental offices and multiple hyngenists too). Service is kind, appointments are flexible.

They have a dental assistant named Amy that is amazing!! Super friendly and awesome at her job :). Dentist and staff are really great as well, but that Amy is a rockstar!!

It began with the secretary calling all the time asking to set up appointments the appointments were not wanted at the time as I was trying to take care of my adult daughter. We got fed up and I told them I didn't want any appointments at the time. And she kept calling. We missed a few appointments due to my daughters health problems. My daughter was diagnosed with heart problems. I called there office back and she talked to Dr. Li and they said no. I called back and she said that my daughter posted a comment and my daughter said it wasn't her that wrote it which it wasn't. So my daughter removed

Best dentist I've been too yet. They're very helpful and understanding. No pressure, I haven't felt comfortable with a dentist in a long time.

Staff are great. Dr Li is friendly and helpful. One of my fillings was a bit high and Dr Li took me on and fixed it without an appt. They deal with both insurance companies so you don't have to arrange secondary insurance yourself.
