George knows everything. He whipped my friend up a tower, monitor, mouse and brand new keyboard as we watched for the price quoted on the phone even through she changed her mind on tower size . You're put in a private room and shown how to run your new to you purchases.

My grandfather was so crushed that he lost all of his photos when the hardware fried. I took it to a few places years ago, they advised menothing could not beretrieved and I should dispose it. Fewyears later a friend of mine told meif anyone can do it, it's George! Not only did they provide amazing service, they were was able to retrieve 1200 pictures from a 14-year-old hard drive.Words cannot express how much it meant to me and myGranfather! There were so many pictures of family members who have passed on and now we can treasure these priceless memories! Thank you for making his Christmas

Showed up twice with problems. Second time was a blown power supply. Not only did they give me a big discount on the work, but they got it done in 2 hours because I was stressed. All other shops in town told me 3-4 days. These guys care about you and the owner is providing some of the best customer support I've ever seen. Highly recommended to anyone as they won't let you down. Don't hesitate to come here I wouldn't trust anyone more than hard drive cafe to not only give you the best deal they can but also delivery time and quality.
