Darryl joined us in 2013 and is a great asset to the Modern Heating family, bringing his expert knowledge as a gas technician to all our customers. Whichever model you choose, it will keep your house cool during summer months. Today's entry level air conditioning efficiency is 13 SEER. Top of the line air conditioners have cooling efficiency up to 25 SEER.
