We recently made an order from Hansens (March 31,2021). It took them 13 days to get a mock up back to us when they had already put decals on the truck so they already had everything they needed for the signs. The invoice that was provided to us on March 31 said we only had to pay the balance upon pickup however it was requested we go in and pay without even receiving the items and because it was a reputable company we did that. When I paid for the items on Tuesday April 20th I was advised we would have the signs in hand on Friday April 23rd or Monday April 26th. They had not contacted us on

This business is being run with an unbelievable amount of incompetence. Also one of the employees drives very recklessly.
