I bought a pair of big buckle Madrids 2 years ago and still I cant wear them they are sooo stiff I get bad blister every time I wear them. I figure 2 years is darn long enough to still be struggling. And ZERO customer service!!! I will

Long story short, I placed an order but they sold the shoes. Mistakes happen but they refused to find a way to make up for it and were rude about it throughout my back and forth with them. Spend your $ elsewhere

The best experienced with returns I've had so far. I returned a pair of sandals I had bought in the wrong size and in a matter of a single day after I sent them by the post office, I had a new pair which were perfect. The staff was very helpful, professional and most of all, efficient.

I was so pleasantly surprised by myshoeshop.ca! I placed on order online, and it arrived to my door in less than 48 hours. I was a little hesitant, since I had never ordered anything from myshoeshop.ca before, but their excellent selection (including narrow sizing) and quick service have won me over.
