Last minute stay as we were passing through town. We were coming in late and were told the front desk would be closed by the time we arrived, but to call when we got there and the night clerck would check us in. Upon our arrival, I called the number, and she said she was not on site, but she'd be there in a few minutes. I figured we'd be waiting a little bit, but in no less than 60 seconds, there she was. She checked us in very quickly, gave me some great tips for some good breakfast gems to check out in the morning,vand we went up to our rooms (we have a large family so we booked two adjacent

Excellent service! They found a way we could check in early, pleasant staff and decent room. The live band sound was unnoticed and we had a good sleep, depends on where your room is. Will go back!!

Best value for money I've stayed in, in Canada (coast-to-coast). Nice furniture. Clean. Carpet was a bit worn. Staff slightly haggard--likely due to customers.

Great place to stay. Clean well stocked rooms. Staff treated us excellent. Jimmy's Pub is one of the best. Highly recommended. Will stay again when in the area.

The pro's first- this is a ver well managed and maintained hotel. Rooms are clean and staff are helpful. The negative- The downstairs bar music plays until midnight on weekdays and resonates through the entire building. We cant even hear the tv over the bass pounding from downstairs. If you want any rest, this is not the place for you.
