Why use a REALTOR
Report
When you buy, sell or lease a property you make one of the most important financial decisions in your life. REALTORS(R) assess market conditions and property values and have access to detailed market statistics.

Work in the real estate business can be a rewarding career, but there are no guarantees in this service-based business. As a real estate agent, you'll rely on your skills to develop a client base and to complete sales. And as an agent whose income will be based on commission, your income will be unpredictable - there will be no regular paycheques.

NEW VIRTUAL OPTION - the Live Stream Open House has been added to Open House listings. In a Live Stream Open House, REALTORS(R) can broadcast a live audio and video presentation of a property at an appointed time, wherein they can show features and answer your questions. Thanks for visiting the Victoria Real Estate Board's open house searching tool.
