We had Charlotte Co. come in to resolve issues caused by another company. John from Charlotte County gave us specific instructions to keep our unit running properly when the other company abandoned us on Christmas Eve, a month after installation. John came multiple times to fix our issue with the heat pump and we had him return to install a new motor on an older pump in need of repair. John was friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Wish wed had Charlotte County install the new pumps in the first place.
