One of the best experiences I have had shopping in a long time,very knowledgeable staff helped me pick out the perfect mattress along with beautiful down duvet with a cover and sheets.
Josh went above and beyond to help me pick out what I needed answered all my questions with out putting pressure on me to buy right away. I highly recommend Soma to anyone in the market for a new matters or bedding.

We have always had a 5 star experience with Soma Sleep. What a wonderful company to have in the GTA and amazing customer service. It was so hard to find a decent company that sold legit organic mattresses.
First, we got our king mattress here a few years ago and still love it. It's nice to know our bed is clean and safe of potentially toxic chemicals. This month we actually got a bed frame from them as we were thinking of rearranging the bedroom with our new member of the family coming soon. It was Val and Christina who sold it to us. They were extremely helpful. Val even helped to explain

Soma Organic Mattress was at the 2015 Green Living show. They recommended that I visit their store to try their wide selection of mattresses. It was an expensive purchase so I wanted to make sure I bought the right mattress. The staff were friendly and helpful. I took my time trying all the mattresses and ended up getting the Obasan 3.0 with the foundation. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I prefer the firm. Be sure to measure the width, length and height so you know exactly what you are getting. The estimated time of delivery was accurate. I got free delivery for downtown Toronto and

I've always had a good experience with these guys. John is always super informed and helpful. Over the years we've bought mattresses, bed sheets, pillows, a crib, and even furniture. It's always a good experience, they're never pushy, and the quality of the product is always top notch. We've never had to wait long for an order to come in (okay, once, when we had something custom made it took a few weeks, but that's understandable). I trust these guys and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

I wanted to like Soma--they've got a good selection of mattresses--but I found their customer service once I bought one to be pretty terrible. A year ago, I purchased a mattress that felt great in the showroom but that I ended up not finding that comfortable to sleep on--which happens, I know. From pretty much that point on, though, I had to chase the store to get any help, and eventually I couldn't get them to return my emails or calls at all. They seemed knowledgable and capable the few times they belatedly got back to me, but, in general, reluctant or unwilling to do much of anything

I had a good in store experience and the person helping me was helpful and knowledgable. But this has become a very frustrating experience. Similar to the other postings, they promised my mattress would be in at a certain time and when I didn't hear from them I called to check in. Now they are saying next week. I am super annoyed because this is a crib mattress for my baby who now has nowhere to sleep!!!!!!
Had I known the orders would take this long I would have gotten a different mattress or gone elsewhere. Here is hoping they are going to follow through with the new estimated time of
